DEALINGS WITH SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS
By the authority of this provision, the individuals listed and on attached to this form shall have no concourse or business dealings with any partners in this firm either in a personal manner or as an agent for the firm. This list attached names individuals determined by a majority of the partners to be inappropriate credit risks. If a partner of this firm should enter into any transaction with any of these individuals named, they will inherit sole responsibility for any obligation arising from the transaction.
